Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via email & SMS with the details of your booking. Please review your confirmation carefully.

Cancellations or no-shows may result in an additional inconvenience/cancellation fee.

Appointments can be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.

Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late without notifying the company ahead of time will result to a no-call no-show and will be subject to an inconvenience fee and a shortened session.
