For the powder blush, start the application on the apples of the cheek, and then proceed to your temples and the hairline using a blush brush. If you feel you have a distinguished forehead, you can use your blush to minimize it. This effect is known as draping. Using the blush brush move the color from the cheeks to the temples and along the upper area of the forehead. This will minimize your forehead making it appear smaller.
