WHAT WE ARE SEEKING FOR 

We are seeking a go-getter and energetic Sales Associate to be a part of our team at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women. The sales associate's overall goal is to generate leads, prospecting, ringing up products and closing sales from 1 of the 3 focal points of our business.  The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills that are conversational without being pushy, a well kept appearance, a confident work ethic, outgoing and a self-starter. 

Position Expectations:

• Provide a welcoming and inviting environment. 

• Help prepare and pack up inventory.

• Attend meetings

• Understand square up terminal to ring up customers

• Collaborate to achieve sales goals.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospects.

• Hand out marketing material

• Encourage all leads about company giveaway. 

• Bring awareness and educate customers about our products and services. 

Qualifications / Skills:

• Strong communication, persuasive and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous fashion experience is a plus but not a must.

• Well groomed appearance

• Outgoing personality

• Over 5+ years in Sales
